not able to download dell supportassist

Have made multiple attempts to download this. Get some message related to .net, not being available, and to search for a different pathway, which doesn't help me when I don't know what to do or look for. Help! I used to have this when I got this computer with windows 10 on it (4 years old) and it seems like ever since windows 11 upgrades, I can never install this.
