m15 R1, SA OS recovery tool fails on download step
I have Alienware m15 R1 and when I start SupportAssist OS Recovery, the first problem is the application having trouble finding my WiFi adapter. I can bypass it by using an ethernet cable. When I try to reset with wiping everything by choosing Reset and Update. It downloads the OS recovery tools but when it comes to Pre-Installed step it fails. Will someone please help me resolve this by using Automated Recovery? I just want to get it back to factory original state.
