Irregular HD clicks & hiccups... caused by latest Dell SupportAssist

My system is a Dell XPS 8930 bought in January 2020.
A recent (April 28, 2023) automatic update of several Dell SupportAssist components seems to cause irregular short clicks and hiccups in my internal hard drive.
I'm assuming the SupportAssist Remediation service is the culprit, as something similar but worse, was happening after using my new PC for the first time back in 2020.
At the time this was reported on the Dell Community Forum by several other users of the same system and fixed by disabling the service.
After some time, new updates were installed that contained fixes that did no longer cause any further problems. Till now.
Again, I disabled the pesky Dell SupportAssist Remediation service (...and Dell SupportAssist) by running the 'services.msc' app, and noted that the annoyances have disappeared since.
Just in case someone experiences the same issues, and wrongly think their HD is going to fail soon...
