INTEL UHD GRAPHICS = WARNING
my graphics were not properly rendered. so after running the full diagnostic scan it is showing warning.
what to do

Might help if you be more specific about your graphics issues.
Did you click the Action>Learn More button on the test results screen?
Do you only have onboard Intel Graphics or do you also have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU?
Do you have all the latest drivers and BIOS installed?
BTW: you shouldn't post images that show your Service Tag and Express Service Code....
