Inspiron 5570, problem with SupportAssist
When I open SupportAssist, Get Drivers & Downloads and Scan hardware tests finish, but clean files, tune performance and optimize network stay at 0% for a very long time. How can I fix this issue, please? P.S: the last run for the tests that does not work was in Apr 07,2019.

Your post does not make sense. You listed five SA (SupportAssist) applications. Which one sits at 0%?
* Is the AC power adapter plugged into the Inspiron 5570 when running SA?
* What driver, BIOS changes have you made since you got this Laptop?
* Does this Inspiron 5570 pass the pre-Windows ePSA Diagnostics?
* This Inspiron 5570 was sold in Saudi Arabia on 3/4/18 with a Partner Led Carry In Service warranty to 3/5/20. You have to transfer the ownership into your name before Dell in your country can proceed
