Inspiron 5490 AIO, SA claims no hard drive and no usb

I ran SA (SupportAssist) tonight and it said there was no hard drive and no usb even though the test results were no problems with hardware. The message about no hard drive and no usb shows in the History section. I thought it was a mistake, maybe because I unplugged my external hard drive while the test was running. I ran it again with the external unplugged and still got the message about no hard drive and no usb.
