I just uninstalled SupportAssist OS Recovery Plugin. Could this lead to issues on computer
During my failed attempts to reinstall Supportassist (unable to install likely due to a .net runtime version incompatibility) I uninstalled all existing supportassist software on my device, including the SupportAssist OS Recovery Plugin.
As mentioned, I was unable to install supportassist properly and will likely wait for the .net version issue to be resolved.
However, I am concerned that the SupportAssist OS Recovery Plugin may have been important in some way. Could uninstalling this have negatively impacted my computer (OS, storage, partitions, etc.) in any way, or is it simply supplemental software that can be safely uninstalled via the windows "Add or remove software" section?
