I cannot access SupportAssist in F12 with new SSD
I have a Dell G5 5590 laptop and I am trying to replace the old SSD which SupportAssist says is failing. When I install the new SSD (Crucial P5 Plus M.2 2280), restart the laptop, and enter the F12 menu, SupportAssist is not an option in the menu. When I re-install the old SSD and go to F12, SupportAssist is in the menu. As far as I understand, I need to access SupportAssist to re-format the new SSD and download the OS via Image Backup on an external hard drive. But I can't do this without access to SupportAssist in F12.
Has anyone else had this issue?
