Hi SHammel:
Sorry, just noticed that no one responded to your original October 2021 question. Did you ever find a solution to this problem for your Latitude 5320?

Hi XPS_Haver:
What is your computer make/model, Windows operating system [if Win 10 or Win 11 please include your version and build - check at Settings | System | About | Windows Specifications or open a Run dialog box (press the Windows + R keys) and enter winver] and BIOS version. If you don't know your BIOS version open a Run dialog box, enter msinfo32 to open your System Information panel and look for the “BIOS Version/Date” field.
Are you having a specific problem with the on-board diagnostics? For example, do the on-board diagnostics run every time you allow your system to go into sleep mode, do they report a false warning at each boot up, etc? If so it's possible that a BIOS update to the version recommended on the Drivers & Downloads tab of your computer model's support page (go <here> and enter your unique Service Tag) might solve the problem.
If a BIOS update doesn't help, Dell employee DELL-Chris M posted instructions in Imesh Sandamal's SA Auto Diagnostics Check on 15-Sep-2021 for a Dell Vostro 3500 that might help you find the setting in your BIOS that will disable the automatic start of SupportAssist OS Recovery. Similar instructions are also posted in the section titled "Enable or Disable the Automatic Start of SupportAssist OS Recovery" of the SupportAssist OS Recovery User's Guide. Please note the warning in those user guide instructions that you will not receive assistance from SupportAssist OS Recovery if your operating system fails to load correctly while automatic startup of this feature is disabled in your BIOS.
