Hi

Well as you are light on details,I found a looooong answer onthe internet......

A corrupted Dell TechHub or SupportAssist-related service is usually fixed by stopping the service, setting it to manual, then doing a clean uninstall/reinstall of SupportAssist components. If the issue is actually a BIOS corruption message, the fix is different and you should use Dell BIOS Recovery instead.

  • Open services.msc, find Dell Tech Hub, right-click it, open Properties, and change Startup type to Manual.

  • Reboot and see whether the service still throws the error or causes slowdowns.

  • If the machine is unstable because of SupportAssist/TechHub, uninstall Dell SupportAssist from Apps & features or Control Panel > Programs and Features.

  • Reboot after uninstalling.

  • Remove leftover Dell SupportAssist folders if they remain, especially under C:\ProgramData\Dell and Dell program files locations.

  • Reinstall the latest Dell SupportAssist package using Dell’s installer after the system is clean.

  • If the PC will not boot or POST and you see BIOS corruption symptoms, use Dell BIOS Recovery instead of TechHub fixes.

  • On supported Dell systems, hold Ctrl + Esc at power-on to trigger BIOS Recovery, then follow the recovery prompt.

  • Dell says BIOS Recovery 2/3 applies mainly to systems shipped after December 2015, with BIOS Recovery 3 on newer platforms.
