Hi Sarfraj:
If you still require assistance please let us know the model of your Dell computer and your Windows operating system (if Win 10, the version and build can be found at Settings | System | About | Windows Specifications or by typing winver in the Run dialog box).
If SupportAssist is failing to update to a newer version let us know the version that is currently installed. If you can launch SupportAssist go to Options (gear icon) | About. If SupportAssist will not launch correctly the version number should also be listed a Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features.

Hi Overnout:
What is your Dell computer model, operating system (if Win 10, the version and build can be found at Settings | System | About | Windows Specifications or by typing winver in the Run dialog box) and current version of SupportAssist, if installed. Do you see that "msihashvalidationfailed" error message when SupportAssist is auto-updating [e.g., when you launch SupportAssist and go to Options (gear icon) | About SupportAssist to check for a new version of SupportAssist], or does it occur when you either download or run the SupportAssistInstaller.exe file?
I have a Win 10 v21H1 OS and was able to download the SupportAssistInstaller.exe file today, and I can't see any obvious problem with the SHA-256 digital signature for that .exe file (note that your error message indicates you're having a problem validating a .msi file). I used the download link on the SupportAssist for Home PCs download page at https://www.dell.com/support/contents/en-ca/article/product-support/self-support-knowledgebase/software-and-downloads/supportassist, which is the download page recommended in the instructions posted by Dell employee DELL-Chris M at SA Uninstall/Reinstall.
