Firmware/Software

I like the way you guys try to troubleshoot the issues, but I believe it's the type of firmware/software that Dell uses so that's why all of their laptops are buggy and continuously freezing. I also don't doubt, they install a hidden virus to keep consumers on edge and to waste money that we don't need to spend. I've been working on laptops for the past 3 years in the US Army and this is the conclusion I've come up with.
