Find the Bluetooth back.
Yesterday, my Bluetooth headphone was disconnected when I was using it. I thought the battery of the headphone was low so I charged it and went to sleep. It was not until this morning, I turned on my Laptop and guess what, the Bluetooth button disappeared in the "Bluetooth & other devices setting" window like this.
Then, I checked the Device Manager and the driver shown that my driver Qualcomm QCA9377 have been stopped working due to some error with error code 43:
I have tried all the methods on the Internet to make the driver work again (including running troubleshooting, disable and enable the driver again, reinstall it through Windows and Dell's Driver & Download) but they don't make any sense. So what should I do?

Good news, I had found the driver back. Actually I really don't know how the driver work again. Now I am hoping the issue will be 100% solved. This is what I did:
After trying plenty way of fixing the problem base on many advises on Internet, I asked the Dell's support service and they asked me to run the Hardware testing and they were still work fine. They also ask me to check the driver update by the link and of course, the driver are up to date. After reporting the result, they asked me to run the system recovery to comeback the previous checkpoint but Sad that the system recovery had been turned off somehow :((. Then I asked them if they can find another solution. As soon as the mail was sent, I open the setting and OMG the Bluetooth button was comeback.
I really don't know why the Bluetooth appear again but that is a good sign. I hope nothing happen when I turn off the laptop
