Does Dell RemoteAssist automatically delete?
Hey, I recently had a support agent use Dell RemoteAssist to remotely control my laptop to resolve an issue.
However, after the session, I can't seem to find "Dell RemoteAssist" to delete. Anyone know if this was automatically deleted? Thanks in advance!

Technical support team usually takes you to this page (USA) and ask you to agree to the terms
and it clearly states
After the service contact, the Dell RemoteAssist application will automatically uninstall.

Hi @Naathan_ welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
If the support agent forgot to remove Dell RemoteAssist, it will still be in (Control Panel) Programs and Features. Having logged into local admin account, try removing it from there.
Please click on Kudos to say thank you for response from user that is not employed by Dell. Please share an update on progress, so that other users derive benefit from your experience. Thank you.

@crimsom
No it doesn't remain installed on the machine.
I have worked with Dell technical support dozens on time. The applet is one time run application only and stay in the computer until either customer or technical support agent ends the Support Session.
Once session is ended, the application is deleted by itself.

Hi @XPS_Man thank you for sharing update.
This is also my usual experience, there is increased user confidence in confirming that it has been automatically deleted.

Hi @XPS_Man your response mute. @Naathan_ asked for reassurance that Dell RemoteAssist had been deleted.

Hello, thank you for the answers. I just needed reassurance that it did uninstall automatically.
In fact, it did. Thanks again!
