Hi Varsha05:
Click Options (gear icon) | Settings in the top right of the SupportAssist interface to access the settings for background automatic scanning and notifications. Once those options are disabled make sure you click the blue Save button to save the changes.

Hello Tellurium,
Thanks for reply.
I want to implement settings on 1600 devices could you help me with registry or file which need to be modified remotely so settings will get applied?

Hi Varsha05:
Does that mean your organization uses SupportAssist for Business? If so, there is a separate SupportAssist Enterprise board in this forum where you can post your question, and you can find an Administrator Guide and other useful documents for the Business edition at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ca/product-support/product/supportassist-business-pcs/docs.
This board is intended for questions about SupportAssist for Home PCs.
