Dell TechHub makes Dell computer take six minutes to shut down.
Dell Precision Tower 3620
Dell Precision Tower, Windows 10 Pro, v22H2. In order for Dell Support Assist to function, Dell TechHub must be Running in System Configuration utility. When Dell TechHub is Running the computer takes six minutes to shut down. When Dell TechHub is Stopped the computer shuts down in less than a minute. In System Configuration utility anything beside the word Dell has to be Stopped in order for the computer to shut down in under one minute. If anything beside the word Dell is Running it takes six minutes to shut down the computer. The six items are Dell Vault Service API, Vault Collector, Vault Processor, Digital Delivery Services, Client Management Services and TechHub. Advice appreciated..

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.

Thank you for your response. As soon as the Precision Tower was five years old this problem began and Dell support won't touch it because it's older than five years. That's why I posted the question on communiuty as a last resort. Nobody seems to know the answer. A slow work around is working. I'll start the procoess of researching new computers. All options will be on the table. If anyone from Dell happens to read this the key word in the previous sentence is ALL.
