Dell SupportAssist long delay before running scans and updates
Hi all,
I have deployed SupportAssist and I can see computers showing up in the TechDirect dashboard.
I am trying to manually kick off driver updates on a test machine (4 pending updates). I have told it to update but it says "Queued to run when system connects and is ready". It has been 2 hours, the machine has an internet connection but the updates won't seem to initiate.
What is the delay on this process? Can it be configured to run on demand once clicked from the dashbaord?
Thanks!

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Hi xy33t:
Have you opened a support ticket with Dell Support?
Note that this Dell Community board where you've posted is intended for SupportAssist for Home PCs (currently v3.10.4.18). If you are using SupportAssist for Buiness PCs you might want to post your question in the SupportAssist Enterprise board instead.
Documentation for SupportAssist for Business, including deployment and administration guides, can be found at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ca/product-support/product/supportassist-business-pcs/docs.
