Dell SupportAssist - Factory Reset
Hi,
I'm trying to Erase Everything and reset My Pc to its Original State on my XPS-8930 from SupportAssist, but constantly are getting "We couldn't get information about your system backups right now. Try again later."
Any help is greatly appreciated,

I signed in and it worked for me.
Click the sign in button above your service tag. It will ask you for your address for service requests.
After that it spent a minute or two reloading the tabs then it worked.
