Dell Support website not loading/corrupt service manual
I think I'm in the right section for this, but mods please let me know if not, and point me in the right direction.
Am trying to download specific drivers for a laptop, but the support website just buffers eternally when loading the driver list. This is happening across multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome, Brave), multiple PC's and Multiple IP addresses.
Am also trying to download the pdf Service Manual for the same machine, but the file is corrupted. The HTML is OK (so far), but I'd rather have an offline version to refer to.
Who needs to see this to sort it out?

The G7 15 7500 Drivers & Downloads page showed correctly for me. Windows 11, Chrome browser.
I then clicked on Documentation, right of, "Dell G7 15 7500 Service Manual", I clicked "View PDF". It opened immediately in a new browser tab.

Read this. That user had to install the SupportAssist App before the drivers list showed. I also have the SupportAssist App on my work Latitude 5540.

Please retest. It should now be working on Dell PC that do not have Dell SupportAssist installed.

@DELL-Chris M Thanks Chris. Very quick, effective work. The driver download selection does indeed now work on this PC, though the one I need to fix won't be in my possession for a few weeks. The PDF Service Manual download is still broken, but I have the html workaround for now. Thanks again.
