Dell Support Asssist menu garbled and unusable

I cannot run Dell Suppor Assist as the menu is no longer working (see screenshot below). I have run the program as administrator, uninstalled and reinstalled the programme but the result is the same. I am running the latest version (3.11.4.21) on Windows 10 on a Dell Precision T5610 /
