Dell Support assistant OS Recovery drive deletion

I have Dell G15 5510, I don't know if it's from Alienware Products but AWCC is original-factory installed. After I've updated to windows 11, the system had many issues. So, I decided to reset to windows 10 using Dell support assistant OS Recovery. 

But I have a question. I've 2nd SSD drive which has all of my 3rd party apps and personal files, and I left the 1st SSD drive to contain OS file system and AppData only. If I disabled the 2nd SSD drive from BIOS settings and made a software reset without backing up, would the Support assistant OS Recovery delete all files from the 2nd SSD drive?
