Dell Support Assistant installed with no shorcut and cannot start it

Hi, i had reinstalled an old Dell laptop and need to install again the dell support assistant to get last drivers and that stuff. was working perfectly before. I have downloaded the version, installed, it says "ok, the installation was fine".

BUT: i have no shorcut, i try to run from cmd the suppoartassistant.exe app and nothing happened.

What can i do? why its so hard to get a simple app that works perfectly. I have readed a lot of stuff and nothing works. Come on dell, why you dont help your customers???
