Hi Marek Adamiak :
What is your Dell computer model, Windows operating system, and Dell SupportAssist version? Has the service warranty for your computer expired yet?
Dell is aware of several serious problems with the current Dell SupportAssist v4.6.2 and is planning to push out two updates to fix these known bugs. According to employee Dell-Brad L's 19-Dec-2024 post in MichaelInParis's Any way to reduce the size of the DTPDB.DB file? the first v4.6.3 update will begin rolling out this coming Tuesday on 24-Dec-2024 to fix a bug that impacts system performance due to excessive RAM and CPU consumption. A second update will be released at a later date to fix a bug that causes database files in the C:\ProgramData\Dell\DTP\DB folder to grow over time and consume excessive amounts of disk space (i.e., typically in the range of 20 to 80 GB).
According to melzie's 19-Dec-2024 post in Aleric's Missing "Dell Client Management Service" Dell has pulled SupportAssist v4.6.2 from their download servers because of the severity of these bugs and temporarily reverted back to the previous v4.0.3
I would suggest you uninstall SupportAssist *** and wait until some of the bugs in v4.6.2 have been fixed. I am not sure if your "Quick Test" error means that the hardware diagnostic scan built in to SupportAssist failed (several users have reported a similar problem with v4.0.3 and higher) but if SupportAssist is uninstalled you can still run an F12 ePSA (enhanced Pre-boot System Assessment) hardware diagnostic from your Dell BIOS as instructed in the support article How to Run a Preboot Diagnostic Test on a Dell Computer (also see the companion video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cfFECs5Qa0). If an ePSA scan reports an error code (e.g., 2000-0132) write it down and post back to let us know the error code(s).
