Dell Support Assist

Most recently Dell Assistance fails to install.  I run the exe to install and it says checking for system and stays in that screen for a while and then comes the error, Installation failed.  I am running window 10 in business environment.  This is happening to all our machines.  Tried downloading dell command app and no go and I am the admin of the machine. I image a machine using ghost and get all the windows updates and can't install it support assist.  

Note:- don't ask weird question, only reply if you have a solution please.
