Dell Support Assist Times Out W/ Errors

Dell 7490 running Win11Pro...

Downloaded and successfully Dell Support Assist, then attempted to run it.  The error message about "taking longer than expected" appeared, so I restarted and tried again.  Same error.  Repeated attempts produced the same result. In the SupportAssistAgent.Log I found the following error messages near the bottom:

My IT skills are moderate; I was only able to even find this log with some help from here.  I have no idea of how to now proceed and advice would be very much appreciated.
