Dell Support Assist fails when running hard drive test in Windows 11

I installed Windows new version 11 and then ran Dells support assistant to check for any missing drivers.  I got a BSOD when it was running the hard drive test.  A dump file was created and it said there was a block failure in the SSD drive.

I pulled the drive and loaded Windows 10 onto a 750 GB Raid drive.  After windows 11 updated I re- ran the Support assistant on the computer twice and it failed both times when it was running the hard drive test.  All other test seem to run correctly. 

Is anyone else seeing this?
