Dell SMBIOS Implementation Specification

I have seen several technical documents that refer to the "Dell SMBIOS Implementation Specification 2.0", but that document does not appear to have been published anywhere. How can I get a copy?

I am looking for documentation for the Dell OEM defined SMBIOS structures, specifically structure types 130, 131, 136, 177, 178, 203, 205, 206, 216, 217, 218, 221, 222, and 248. Is this in some version of the Dell SMBIOS Implementation Specification? Is it available somewhere else?
