Dell Optimizer app cannot be installed
Hi Community,
the installation of the Dell Optimizer app fails because a legacy app (Dell Power Manager Service) is supposedly still installed. Setup reports that an unsupported application is being removed, but the attempt fails.
However, such a service does not exist on the computer, and it is not listed under Programs and Features.
The output in the log file is so vague that it is impossible to determine why the legacy app is supposedly found.

These could just be leftover fragments from a previous installation.
What else needs to be manually removed so that the Optimizer app can be installed?
