Dell Management Client Service Error 7043

As of recently, I've been getting the following error on two different Dell computers for the Dell Management Client Service in the Windows Event Viewer:

The Dell Client Management Service service did not shut down properly after receiving a preshutdown control. Event ID: 7043.

The error occurs while shutting down/restarting Windows, and it causes the computer to hang for several seconds as a result, delaying the shutdown process. If I manually stop the service or if it isn't running, the computer shuts down in a matter of seconds like it should. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the service itself, but per the date stamp of the executable for the service, it appears to have been recently updated (7/19/2024 8:42 AM), likely when I updated the Dell Update application a few days ago. Other than setting the service to manual to avoid it from running, is there a way to fix this? I've already ran SFC and DISM.

Same problem on my Latitude 5591 running Win 11 Pro. All firmware and drivers are current. The 7043 event log instances are not a major concern but the slow shutdown is undesirable.

@klevoid Under Services, change the startup type to manual for the Dell Client Management Service. This will cause Dell Update to take a bit longer to load, but it should fix the long shutdown problem as long as the program (or any other Dell dependent program) isn't launched during your Windows session.
