Hi Anhvuthitbo:
This board is intended for questions about Dell's SupportAssist for Home PCs software. If you don't find a solution in this board you might want to post your question in the Dell Latitude Laptops Support board where you have a better chance of receiving help from someone with computer hardware expertise. I searched that Latitude board for "5580 drive not detected" and found a few threads that might be helpful, including Magdy7753's 23-Jun-2021 Latitude 5580 Only Detects the Original HDD.
If you post in the Latitude board be sure to include further details about your system, including your Windows operating system (if Win 10 or Win 11 include the version and OS build number shown at Setting | System | About | Windows Specifications), the make and model of both your original hard drive as well as the new drive you are trying to install, and your BIOS version [which should be Dell Precision 3520 and Latitude 5280/5288/5480/5488/5580 System BIOS v1.30.0 (rel 23-May-2023) according to the support page <here> for your Latitude 5580]. To find your current BIOS version open a Run dialog box (Windows + R keys), enter msinfo32 to view your System Information, and look for the "BIOS Version/Date" field.
