What is the edition (Home or Pro), version, and OS build number of your Windows 10? To find this information go to Settings | System | About | Windows Specifications, or open a Run dialog box (Windows + R keys) and enter winver.
Did you recently upgrade to Windows 10, and if so did you confirm that there were Win 10-compatible drivers for your network card, graphics card, etc. from the original hardware manufacturers like Intel, Realtek, etc. before starting the upgrade?
According to the support page <here> for your Inspiron 1750 Dell only supports Vista and Win 7 operating systems for this model, and the Dell Inspiron 1750 System BIOS vA05 recommended for that model was released on 23-Nov-2009. If your laptop meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 10 that does not guarantee that you will be able to find Win 10-compatible firmware and drivers for your hardware components.
