Dell Driver Download Page Support Assist must be installed in order to access?
Dear Dell,
I would like to check is there any change in policy that Dell drivers download.
In the past I can download drivers from the Driver download page but now it seems.
The PC must have Dell supportassist than I would be able to download driver.
What if I want to download drivers for another PC or a new PC.
How can I download drivers on a non-Dell PC?

There is a bug in the Support Driver Download page. You do not have to install SupportAssist, just pretend that you are going to and then cancel before it downloads. When you do that, the listing of drivers will appear. This is just a workaround until the bug is fixed.
There have been reports that the workaround does not work if you are using the latest version of Firefox. I use Chrome, and it has been working just fine. I won't have SupportAssist on my PCs, or Dell Update Driver either. In my personal experience, they cause more problems than they allegedly solve.
Good luck, and have a great day.

Phil

@oldgrannie ,
Welcome to the Dell Forums. Weekly, I check the Dell Support site with both of my Dell computers, in my case: using https://www.dell.ca.
1. Then I select Support, Home, under "Support". The Dell Support site remembers your Service Tag, once you have entered it once, unless you delete the Dell cookies. I click on my computer service tag.
2. On the next page that appears, a menu appears on the left, and I select "Drivers and Downloads".
3. Then I scroll down the right, wider column to select: "Find Drivers", under "Additional Resources."
4. A new tab will open on your browser with a list of updates, sorted from most recent to the oldest for Windows 10.
5. Since both of my computers are Windows 11, I change the OS box to Windows 11, and it refreshes.
6. Then I select and download any updates that I want.
I hope this helps. SupportAssist is very troublesome and intrusive. This procedure takes but a minute or two, if nothing new is found, and it avoids all of the issues related to SupportAssist, plus saving a lot of disk space because I don't have SupportAssist installed on either computer. I removed it years ago.
Have a great day.
Regards,
Phil
