Dell 2 in 1 7420 laptop keep having this popup warning
Hello there,
after reinstall windows 11 and all the updates from Dell website, all went super smooth.
but except one thing, each start up this pop up windows appear on my desktop. I have no idea how to get rid of it, all I can do is keep clicking on "no" button; cause viewing the information about this issue, does not solve any issue about this pop up windows, it bothers me a lot, and I do not know it this will damage the system in the long run.
Thanks in advance!
Yuki

Dell Command Update is a standalone utility so it really shouldn't be impacted by which order it was installed in. I'd recommend just sticking with our SupportAssist app. This will scan your model service tag and will let you know what you have exactly. It'll also pull relevant drivers needed for your specific model. Its a good all around troubleshooting and hardware scanning app. You can also get the service tag from the sticker on the bottom of the unit. Then put that into the support page and it'll filter drivers to your specific model in the same way.

Which 7420 model are we working with exactly? We have a few different 7420s so might be an Inspiron, Latitude, etc. I wouldn't be concerned about possible "damage" as its just our Dell Command Update app having an issue. I'd recommend uninstalling the app altogether for starters. If you have an Inspiron, then Command Update won't even be compatible as its meant for our Client systems. Now if you have a Latitude 7420, then you could reinstall it if desired. If you already have SupportAssist, then its not really needed as it'll just be a redundant update utility.

Thanks for your reply!
It's a latitude I think... not sure how to check this?
how do I reinstall all the firmwares update?
I might have done the wrong order when I downloaded all the firmwares from dell website and this is the error I keep getting?
