Daily notifications from Support Assist - Expired Warranty

My warranty expired a couple of months ago, and I am still getting notifications daily from the Support Assist app despite me going in and disabling Notifications in the same app.

I have went into --- "Settings", "Notifications", and unchecked the "Notifications" box. Yet, I still get daily notifications. 

Does anyone know another way how to turn off the notifications PERMANENTLY (aside from uninstalling the software)?
