Customer services hanging up on me

Customer services hanging up on me Why idk but the last guy gave me answers. Still why did it take being hanged up on multiple time to get said answer. They really don't like when you ask for a manager and if that's how they're going to treat their paying customers I guess I'm not going to be a Dell fan and I'll just go back to HP
