CPU - Warning Support assistant diagnosis

How to get connected to " Support Assistant executives "

My said system - After support assistant diagnosis says that CPU - Warning. What is it actually mean. 

When I do scan through Intel Processor Diagnostic tools, all pass.

System runs smooth, but a bit more heating problem noticed recently after inserting new battery of DELL.

Also Keys  Z  X  C   V  B  & ENTER  not working.  Could I request any good experienced technician or staff to respond please.
