C:\ProgramData\Dell\SARemediation\SystemRepair\Snapshots\Backup taking 62Go
My disk C: was full so i checked the heavy files. I found (with WizTree) a folder C:\ProgramData\Dell\SARemediation\SystemRepair\Snapshots\Backup taking 62Go. I tried to delete it in the command center but it didnt work. I would rather keep a lighter version of the backup folder but if its not possible I ll just delete it because I need space. can someone help ? ty

Hi jumanji26:
What is your Dell computer model and Windows operating system? Open a Run dialog box (Windows key + R) and enter winver to find your OS version and build number.
See Borja14's 27-Jan-2025 Problems With Storage on this same topic. If you temporarily turn OFF System Repair in your SupportAssist settings as instructed <here> in the section titled "Configure System Repair Settings" of the SupportAssist v4 User Guide does this reduce the size of your hidden and protected C:\ProgramData\Dell\SARemediation\SystemRepair\Snapshots\Backup folder?
