Can't install SupportAssist on XPS8700

Hi,

1. The SupportAssist does not install on my XPS8700, so I cannot update the Bios A10 to A13.

2. if I want to update the bios A10 to A13, must I update the whole serie or only the last one.

Sorry, but I don't speak Dutch. You do not need Support Assist to update the BIOS, just put in your service tag ( at dell.com/support) and go to Drivers & downloads and download the BIOS update. I would warn you that unless you really need this update you would better off to skip it, since there is always a risk of rendering your system inoperable.
