Can’t install support assist after I uninstalled it.

I was having troubles with support assist, as it was stuck on 0% for clean files, optimise wifi and tune performance so I uninstalled it. Once I tried to reinstall it, the installer just says that I already have ‘The latest version is already installed’ when it isn’t. Whenever I try to find it by searching in the taskbar it does not come up either.
