Cannot renew Support Assist?

I have been attempting to renew my Support Assist for a little while now, and every time I click on the 'Renew' link it sends me to a 403 error tab that says "Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation." I'm not sure what else to do, maybe someone else has had this issue and knows how to fix it?
