Cannot download SupportAssist

When trying to run updates in SupportAssist, I was getting a failed error message stating "Error while downloading the necessary catalogs". Another forum suggested uninstalling/reinstalling SupportAssist, however now when I go to download it I get this: 

Does anyone know how to get past this? I have already fully reset my internet connection as well as connecting to a hotspot and each time I receive the same error.
