Can we get a proper update to this software

Seems that I have to reinstall this software on every use, I can't properly check if i need drivers and on 2 brand new 2021 dell systems, how long do we have to deal with this horrid waste of software??? Reinstalling this software is not fixing anything!!!

System information 

1st system Dell G7 7700 10th Gen i7 with RTX2070 MAX-Q

2nd System Dell XPS 8940 11th gen i9 11900K with Quadro RTX 4000

both systems were 2020-2021 systems only a few months old and cannot use Support Assistant.
