When I run "SupportAssistInstaller.exe" I get this popup below:
but where can I get the full version as shown below?

Consider uninstalling your current Support Assist and then downloading from HERE

What I DO KNOW is that nothing it can offer you is required to run Windows-11. Windows-Update will toss you anything you need.

Some Programs are consider "Apps" so they Uninstall from Settings/Apps.

Unknown.
What I DO KNOW is that nothing it can offer you is required to run Windows-11. Windows-Update will toss you anything you need.

Some Programs are consider "Apps" so they Uninstall from Settings/Apps.

it's not installed on my system, its not showing under "Programs and Features" so im not able to uninstall it!
i tried. same issue a window pops up and says "software is up to date"
