Aurora R12, SupportAssist OS Recovery not working

The program that was supposed to help you did not help in the end and was your nightmare. 

I wrote here yesterday about an ACC that doesn't work properly. I tried everything possible that DELL recommends.
Finally, I say I'll try a restore point and it should have been a simple solution but it wasn't. 8 hours wrote me the system is preparing not to turn off the PC. I've said enough!

So there is nothing left but the SupportAssist OS Recovery program.

SupportAssist OS Recovery [F12] for my PC ALIENWARE AURORA R12 was a total death. After the fifth unsuccessful use of this system, I finally had to download WINDOWS 10 and create a USB installation medium. Only after this I was able to install WINDOWS 10 on the new without any errors or problems.
