Assistant check shows hardware failure, but can't find details.

Sorry if it's answered somewhere, couldn't find anything relevant through search.

SupportAssist system check indicates a warning of the hardware issues after check and suggests to contact online sup, but I wanted to see some kind of log or short description of what failed and why by myself first (could be just fan/CPU because it's damn hot here, but it fails even when tested in a cool room). Any way to do this or I'm stuck with sup chat?

@Franz

Please go to the "History" tab, and look for the scan that reported the error.  Then click on that scan and it should open up and show you which component(s) failed the scan.

I hope this helps.  Have a great day.

-Phil

Problem exists between chair and keyboard, as always... I knew it should have been easy. Thanks!

Clicking on the identified failing scans has no effect, although the item appears to be active.

I have the same problem as PAPayne. Hardware Scan Result says Error but when I click on that line nothing appears. All other activity lets me see the results.
