Alienware m15 R4, SA updates not working and missing Dell Client Management Services

OS: Win 11 24H2

Have attempted multiple times to do a clean reinstall of SA, but every reinstallation I've attempted installs version 4.0.3 rather than 4.6.2 which I've seen in other threads like ‎Support Assist Hangs | DELL Technologies

I have installed the pre-required .NET 8.x and have also updated Alienware Update for Windows Universal Application to 5.4 in an attempt to get the 'Dell Client Management Services' which is missing in my list of local services, but it hasn't worked. I believe this is the driver I'm missing so the Dell Support page can detect my device's drivers (w/ SA installed). 

I'm at this point stuck at how to get SA version 4.6.2. The executable I download from Explore SupportAssist for Home PCs | Dell US just says 'SupportAssistInstaller.exe' there no version number so I only discover it's the same old install when I go into Settings. 

I can technically continue to use Alienware Update until it's EoL date (12/31/2024), but even the update is pointing to the installer in the link above. Anyone else figured out how to get 'Dell Client Management Services' installed or how to be sure of the version of SA being installed?

I wish i knew also i cannot get sa or awcc to open 23h2
