Alienware Command Center issues

Hi,

After updating my R13's AWCC to the newest version 5.8.2.0, A00 , I'm unable to use all the features of the software. Unable to use RGB , add games, OC ... . Installed and uninstalled various times with the same result. I've even tried to REPAIR using the latest driver option, it didn't worked. After a fresh install , I have the "loading circles" showing on my screen , I can let the software running the whole day ... it will still load. If I close the app and restart it I get the following screen ( see attachment ). Any suggestions besides using an older version ?!?

Apparently I was wrong, installing an older version doesn't help at all.... I get the same loading screen, I will leave it for 1-2 hours to see if anything changes but I have a feeling it won't. Any ideas ?!?

I have the same issue. I also get that No Supported devide detected message.  But I have an Aurora R11 and it always worked fine before.

The Home and FX tabs are gone with this new patch. I can only see my Library and the Fusion settings.  This is troublesome because it is in the HOME screen that I can turn on or off overclocking.  Also, when I start games, the fans are not automatically spinning faster like they were before.

I really hope Dell with come up with a fix soon.

5.8.2.0 This version I have a problem where when I click on the app to open it, it shows a white screen for the application window, and nothing happens until it crashes or closes out on it's own. I have to keep trying to open it multiple times until it finally does start. When I change fan speeds, it locks up the application for a few minutes and then crashes after a little afterwards.

I tried repairing first, multiple times. I then tried reinstalling. The prior version has some hack vulnerability so I won't go back to that one. This one needs to be fixed!

Same issue here... on Alienware m15 R6... Hopefully Dell gets their act together and fixes it... seems it is also related to some recent patches on Windows 11.

Is there any way to bring this to Dell Support's attention? Not sure if they monitor this forum...

I thought my AW applications worked fine a few weeks prior, now for some reason they just won't load... so frustrating, and I even tried repairing and uninstalling to no avail.

Same thing here, now I can't even control my FAN settings anymore...the command center now does pretty much nothing (It does activate G-Mode but I can't tweak it at all and can't even know what it is doing anymore...)

Same issue for me. Alienware m15 r7.  I just installed a critical update for Alienware Command Center and it did not fix the issue.  The application opens but Overclock and Thermal icons just spin. Unable to control fan settings anymore.  The only thing that works from my saved profiles is the lighting settings.

Yeah, Command Center is very buggy since updating to 5.8.2.0   Have to open and close and reopen multiple times to get it to launch.  Once it launches, it seems to offer all the features, but getting it to launch in the first place is time-consuming and aggravating.  I wish someone out there at Dell would fix it or tell us how to resolve it.  Ridiculous considering this is supposed to be a high-end computer.

I fixed an issue with AWCC being so slow and unresponsive by opening the AWCC app and at the top next to the dark/light setting the icon is a settings menu, I went to misc tab and turned off diagnostics data checking the no box. My other settings are interface auto managed and auto profile on. Guides is set to disabled.

Mine works now.
