15 R4, when does my Support Assist warranty expire?

One message popped up when I opened Support Assist and said in 3 days. Then, another message within Support Assist said in 4 days. Then, the website said 5/7 after detecting my PC.  Then, I called Dell tech support, gave them my Service Tag number, and they said 5/8 (it will work on 5/7).  Then I called tech support again and gave them my Express Service number and they said that it will not work on 5/7.  I called back a third time, gave them my Express Service number, and was told 1pm EDT 5/8.  Then I emailed tech support and got a reply saying 5/7 10:59:59pm EDT.  I want to know exactly what day and at what time of day (EDT) it will expire, but getting a straight answer is too difficult.  I'm about to do a factory reset on my Windows 10 64 Alienware 15 R4 computer because Dell tech support couldn't fix their Alienware Command Center (blamed it on Windows), and I want to make sure I finish well before the warranty expires so I can show them that it's not Windows (in case their command center is still broken).  I'm definitely not going to renew my warranty if they can't fix it.
