Unable to access Training Academy through TDM

I am unable to access the Training Academy through Self-Dispatch.  I'm signed in and redirected to a URL that has an error message in it: error=Issue-in-creating-user-session-key on the site learning.dell.com. I've submitted a support request but have yet to hear from them.  Is this occurring for anyone else?

The error=Issue-in-creating-user-session-key message usually points to a session or authentication issue. You’ve already taken the right step by submitting a support request.

In the meantime, a few things you can try:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

  • Try accessing via a different browser or device

  • If you're on a VPN, try disconnecting and accessing again
