Need Help Accessing the Training Videos
Hello Team,
Greetings for the Day!
I enrolled in E20-007 Data Science and Big Data Analytics Exam – Associate certification track and was trying to access the learning videos. But, the videos are not getting played and a pop up for MS Silver light installation shows up every time. I already have the required silver light installed on my system and have been using IE/Firefox to go over the videos but not sure what other settings is required to actually have that videos play on the web pages.
Any suggestion/help in this regard is much appreciated.

My friend also had a problem with videos that didn't play and he did the same like you and it began to work.

I had the same issue accessing Dell training videos—turned out my account wasn’t properly linked to the Learning portal. Make sure you're logged in with the right email and that your profile has training access enabled. Also, try switching browsers or clearing cache. If that fails, Dell Support usually responds quickly if you submit a ticket through the education portal.
